Part of the work will consist of analyzing the existing financing mechanisms in order to develop new financial lines to implement innovative technologies and ideas to be carried out.

In addition, the technical and administrative capacities of the Environmental Bank Foundation (FUNBAM) will be strengthened, as well as its capacity to develop bankable projects.

A project portfolio es expected to be developed and include the identification of potential sources of donor funding and the preparation of project ideas.

How are we going to do it?

• 4 new national financing mechanisms developed for reimbursable or non-reimbursable funds, 1 for each NAMA and 1 for the blue economy are accessible to all potentially interested parties.

• 2 of the 10 investment projects related to the NDCs developed by TRANSFORMA-INNOVA are being executed.

• 60 innovative technologies and solutions for low-carbon, climate-resilient, sustainable and biodiversity-friendly agricultural measures along the value chains of coffee, beef, dairy and musacea production have been applied following a competition , 25% by women producers/processors.

• 10 Public-Private Associations (APP) are carried out in the agricultural subsectors of coffee, livestock or the production of musáceas.
